In order to enable parents a better understanding of new school year arrangement, our school will organise the New School Year Parent Meeting in 20^thAugust,2022 (Sat) for the K.2 & K.3 parent.

2022-2023 K.2 New School Year Parent Meeting : 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

2022-2023 K.3 New School Year Parent Meeting : 12:45 p.m. to 02:00 p.m

Time:10:15 a.m. – 12:15p.m.

Location: Tsuen Wan Town Hall Auditorium

1. All K3 classes need to arrive at school at 7:45 a.m. and wear summer school uniform with white

shoes, no need to wear name tag.

• All K3 parents can arrive at Tsuen Wan Town Hall before 10:00 a.m. Parents please bring the tickets of the “Graduation Ceremony” and the note of flower giving session. Each ticket is for one. The number prints on the tickets are arranged, please sit according to the ticket numbers. After the ceremony, please follow the instructions by teachers to pick up students at lobby.
• All venue users/audiences are required to put on their own masks, comply with the requirement of the Vaccine Pass and scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code before entering the venue.
• The invitation card of Joint Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony will send to All K3 parents on June 22,2022 (Wednesday) .
• On June 28, 2022, K.1 and K.2 students have a day off.

21st May, 2022(Saturday) is taking the Graduation photos for the K3 classes.
All K3 classes( including A.M and P.M classes) need to arrive at school at 8:20 a.m and pick-up time is 11:30 at school.
(School bus will not provide service)
Children need to wear summer school uniform with white socks and white shoes.
Don’t put up any headwear and don’t need to bring school bag.

Date: 4th May, 2022 (Wednesday)

Content: Graduation gown photoshoot, the size of the photograph in 5×7 inches.

Students should wear their summer school uniform. Bring schoolbags and prepare mask holders to ensure the personal hygiene of students and to use when necessary.

The Education Bureau announced that all schools in Hong Kong will resume classes. The resumption arrangements are as follows:

3rd May, 2022(Tuesday) K.3 Students

10th May, 2022(Tuesday) K.2 Students

16th May, 2022(Monday) K.1 Students

The Chief Executive has announced that the Government
will adjust the summer vacation arrangement of all schools in the current school year by bringing forward the holidays from July / August to March / April so that resources from all sectors can be concentrated to achieve the target of dynamic
zero infection. After the epidemic has subsided, students can return to a healthy campus with peace of mind and resume face-to-face classes.
