收集的目的
Purpose of Personal Information Collection
你在申請表格內提供的個人資料，本園只會用於處理有關申請。
All personal data collected in the application forms of the school will only be used for processing the related application.
提供個人資料與否，純屬你自己個人意願。如果你提供的資料不足夠，本園可能無法處理有關申請。
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide sufficient information,the school may not be able to provide assistance to you.
資料的轉移
Transfer data
請注意你的個人資料可能會被園方轉移：
˙ 園內的相關人士；
˙ 需要該等資料處理有關申請的任何其他有關人等或機構；
˙ 根據法例校方得按法例的要求及指明的用途和目的提供該等資料予任何有關政府部門／適當的機構；或
˙ 在法律容許或授權的情況下。
園方將會在得到你的同意後，才使用你的個人資料作為其他目的。
Please note that your personal data may be made available to:
˙ appropriate persons in the school;
˙ any other relevant parties who require them for matters related to your application;
˙ any relevant government departments/appropriate authorities when the school is required to provide them under the relevant legislation for use for the purpose of that legislation; or
˙ where permitted or authorized by law.
查閱及更改個人資料
Access to and Correction of Personal Information
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》，如非得到你的同意，本園不得在市場推廣中使用或提供給他人使用你的任何個人資料。你有權要求查閱、複印、要求我們更正任何你所提供的個人資料。如果你想行使這些權利，請填寫「個人資料（私隱）條例-查閱資料要求表格」(https://www.pcpd.org.hk/chinese/publications/files/Dformc.pdf. ) 或提出變更要求，並直接送交本園，並註明校長收件。我們將根據適用的保障資料法律及規則的規定於40天內回應你的要求。
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, we may not use or provide to another person for use any personal data in direct marketing unless with your consent. You have a right to request access to, make a copy of, and request us to make correction of any personal data you provided. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please complete the “Personal Data Access Form” ( https://www.pcpd.org.hk/english/publications/files/Dforme.pdf ) and/or make the correction request and send it directly to our campus to the attention of the Principal.
